If you send an inquiry using our contact form, we receive the name, email address, organization (if supplied), inquiry category, and message you submit, along with the technical details described below. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share through those channels.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, understand prospective projects, and communicate about requested services. We do not use website inquiries to train AI models. Please avoid submitting protected health information, confidential legal materials, credentials, or other sensitive records through the public contact form.
How your message reaches us
When you submit the contact form, our web server emails your message directly to our business inbox. Our web hosting and email providers handle that information only so they can deliver and store our email. We don't use outside form services, and this website has no advertising trackers or analytics.
Technical information
Like most websites, our web server automatically records basic details about each visit: your IP address, browser type, the time, and the page requested. We use these records to keep the site running and secure. When you send the contact form, the email we receive also includes your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string and language setting, and the page you sent the form from. We use these details to recognize spam and abuse. The form also keeps a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address, which it uses only to stop repeat submissions within one minute. This website doesn't use tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails only as long as we need them to reply to you, run our business, and meet legal requirements. Server logs are kept for a limited time under our hosting provider's standard log rotation. If you become a client, your project agreement covers how project information is stored and how long it's kept.
Disclosure and safeguards
We do not sell contact information. Information may be disclosed to service providers needed to operate our site or communications, or where required by law. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
